Throughout the process, accountability to district employees, parents and the community is critical. But accountability does not end with a successful election. In fact, we believe its importance does not diminish at all. Clear, open communications with your community will be the key to preserving the trust you earned during the election. It is also the first step in laying a foundation of support within the community for the next Bond or TRE, whenever that time comes. We will help you develop and execute a comprehensive, long-term communications plan to inform your school community about how their tax dollars are being spent to advance the district’s level of excellence.
We also recognize your district may have resources in place to accomplish, in house, some of the initiatives listed above. We are available to serve as a guide and complement your team as needed. Ideally, we recommend beginning this process 12-18 months in advance of your election. However, we understand that timeframe is not always possible.
